Any conflicting or deviating conditions will not be recognized unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. 3. Products and Pricing All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT (where applicable). Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only. Minor variations in color or fragrance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. We reserve the right to adjust prices and product availability at any time. 4. Orders and Payment Placing an order constitutes a binding purchase offer. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement. We accept the following payment methods: Credit/debit cards TWINT PayPal Orders are processed only after full payment is received. 5. Delivery We ship within Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times: Switzerland: 2–5 business days Delays due to holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch. 6. Damaged or Defective Products Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days with a photo and description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. 7. Liability Aurora Glow is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to allergic reactions, misuse, or improper burning of candles. Follow all safety instructions provided with the product to ensure safe use. 8.
